There is no equivilant in women's to a girl's size 4...that is usually where girl's sizing stops...occassionally you will find a girl's size 5 and those are the equivalent to a woman's size five. I learned all that shoe knowledge...cause my daughter was in this size for awhile...and it was madding to find shoes.
Now boy's shoes...I can tell you...I can wear a 4 or 5 cause I used to buy little boy's timberland boots.

No kids sizes. A 5 is a women's 7. I buy kids sneakers all the time and i usually buy a size 5 or 4 if they run big. But i was told the uggs run big so i think a 4 will fit. But on zappos the girls sizes go up to a 6. i think the girl's sizes run diff. then reg. kids sizes, they run a little bigger.
