Please don't wait and take your baby to the vet...three days is a long time trust me. I only waited 1 day and took Izzy to the vet the next morning and she had a temp of 104..not good. I would rather be safe than sorry especially now around Thanksgiving when the vets are not around.
Oh and Izzy had soft stools and not runny and it was still bad.
