Yes I do know what the causes are and they are many and intertwinded and not always easy to pick just one cause.
Can it be treated ?... yes and that not easy either. Can a dog sleep with you if it a bed guarder maybe way down the line after a boat load of treatment but most likely so as not to set a dog up to fail on a bad day that it is a no never....
Best bet is provention long before this ever occurs.
