Okay, when I took Triss in to get spayed, I also had her microchipped. Its an Avid FriendChip. The vets gave me this pamphlet, and now that I'm looking at it more closely, do I need to pay even more to register the microchip?

I paid $35 to have the procedure done, but I thought they put my information on it. They didn't tell me I'd have to pay more. Is this right? Do I have to go to the website and pay for a membership/registration?
