Maybe 'controlling' was a bad chioce of word...
Point being, you can't expect others to conform to your preferred style of responses...just not something you can change, no matter how many round of Kumbaya we go through...lol.
Generally speaking, you can't stomp your feet because you don't like the way something was said or answered and expect others to 'be nice' according you YOUR standards. Just doesn't work that way...you just have to deal with it.
