I've been a vegetarian for 11 years now and never went vegan. I knew it was just too hard for me at least to do and way to expensive...hehe. I do have a friend that is vegan and I make him these donuts a lot. They are amazing. I don't have a donut pan so I make them in muffin pans with the wrapper because they stick pretty bad.
