All right, maybe I'm overreacting, but I want to ask you all this anyways.

We just picked up our new pup at about 6pm today, took him to the vet who said he was looking GREAT, then drove him back home. It's now 11pm, and he has pooped once, but he hasn't peed yet... ??? I was under the impression dogs peed all the time, mostly in places you don't want them too, lol. He's eaten a bit of his dry food, and seems to be drinking plenty. But he also has pretty much zero interest in exploring... just wants to curl up on something soft and be sleepy, basically. I suppose it's slightly possible we missed the peeing because he has such stubby tiny little back legs maybe I wouldn't see the squat? But my eyes have been glued to him constantly these past five hours.

Question is, when do I start worrying about the peeing? If he hasn't peed by [fill in the blank time], worry and call the vet. Can somebody fill in the blank for me?
