I was going to buy the Maden pin brushes at Lainee but then I saw them in person at a dog show and was so happy I did not order them. It was so rough compared to my gold series CC brush. I can take my CC brush and rub it hard on my skin with no pain and the Maden brush hurts and left scratches...so it is just not for my babies!
I have had my CC brush for 3 years now and it is just good as new...I am going to buy another one so I can keep one in my grooming box and the other next to my bed since it seems that is where my girls get their nightly brush outs...lol
My friend who has Maltese loves her Maden brush and I do think it is nicer in their thicker coats and maybe for a soft coated yorkie, but I like the gentleness of the CC brush for my yorkies!
