I ban Jeanne for:
a) Refusing to ban Jenni, who was the person ABOVE you;
b) inventing yet ANOTHER new rule about a double ban;
c) for just being plain mean.

I ban Jenni for laughing at my word choice. That was the best I could come up with on short notice.
