No it's not dumb at all, we all had to learn how to do it. Your photo must be under the size limit, but it doesn't have to be too small, 6x8 is a good size. Go to where you post the message, and use the "advanced" option. Under the message board and smilies, you will see the words, "Manage Attachements" Click on this, a new window will open and it will allow you to select up to three pictures per post. Then click on the word, "upload" when it's through uploading the pictures will show up in your thread as thumbnails and people can click on them to enlarge them.
