Those are 2 really great sites for vegetarian recipes for the holidays! It's very very hard to go completely vegan all at once so kudos to you for jumping right in

Thanks I know it's going to be hard, but I truly want to stick with this. That first recipe sounds absolutely delicious! The other site is great as well.

I actually haven't even craved meat YET. Staying away from Thanksgiving turkey won't be too tough since I'm not a big fan of turkey in the first place. The other stuff will be tough though...Most desserts that will be there will probably have cow's milk or eggs and things like that.
