Thanks Bill, you always help me with this little guy. I called the vet and he is scheduled for a urine test analysis before the neuter, which is $45. There should be no problem getting a sample, he pees on everything! I don't think the person was convinced I knew what I was talking about (I'm not sure if I did..), but they were really nice and helpful.

Thanks everyone else for the suggestions. I think I will go ahead and get him neutered because I know that if I don't, I will wonder how my life would be different for the rest of my life. I would wonder if his behavior would have changed for the better.
