Walker sleeps in a crate next to our bed and when dh gets up early walker will wake up and go potty, then go back to bed. We haven't had a problem with him wanting to get up and play at that time. Our problem is when dh works over nights and gets home in the morning and tries to sleep. Walker gets way too excited to see him an wants to play.
