So, I made a thread about the possibility of Mahina having allergies to chicken. I had her on Wellness Puppy and the main protein source of that was chicken.

This was the fat and protein in the food:
Crude Protein Not Less Than 28.0%
Crude Fat Not Less Than 17.0%

Well I switched her to Natural Balance Sweet Potato and Fish (Maybe I should have used duck or venison because I HATE the smell of fish). It's supposed to be an all stages formula.

This is the fat and protein in the food:
Crude Protein 21.0% minimum
Crude Fat 10.0% minimum

She's only 4 months & 2 weeks old. Weighs about 4 1/2 lbs. I'm worried shes not going to get enough protein or fat from this food. I need some opinions on if it's okay to continue this on her or if she needs more fat and protein.

Gahh am I just being a worried mother to my furbaby? I really just want the best for her. & I have the feeling too much salmon gives her diarrhea. I gave her some zukes salmon treats (only 3 pieces) cuz I'm not giving her anything with another protein in it to see if this works.
Anyone else have problems with salmon?
