I have Sailor who will walk "sometimes' but it has to be perfect conditions - daylight, not too warm or cold and for sure not windy (even the slightest)....she just sits down and refuses.
Then I have Magic that will walk forever but if she feels she has not had a long enough walk will plant her feet when you head back to the house.
