We used Dells at my last job and they were great, but we also had an IT staff. I think in 3 years I had 3 different computers and the CD drive blew out on one, but they would just come in and replace whatever broke. So, when they worked the worked, but I never had to deal with them when they broke
I liked my Dell flat panel monitor a lot!
