I'm sure you are all sick of hearing about Miles' neutering experience by now...if you haven't heard, he got neutered last Monday and had some complications. Long story short, he got an infection due to the way the vet tied his sutures, and has been on antibiotics.
Here's my problem. In the last couple days, he has started peeing in the weirdest places! Aside from marking before his neutering, he was always good about going outside. Yesterday, he peed on my couch (grrrrrr!), my boyfriend's computer, my boyfriend's couch, and my boyfriend's bed (maybe he just doesn't like another man in my life...lol). Today, he walked right up behind me in the kitchen and peed!!!!! I cannot figure out what is going on with him!
My first thought was that maybe he had a UTI, but he had antibiotics last week...so I think it's unlikely. Could something have happened in the surgery that would cause him to just lose control and pee wherever? Has anyone had this happen after neutering, or heard about it happening? I am at a loss...
