My dog got kennel cough from the intra nasal vaccine, then passed it to my other dog. They hacked and coughed for weeks. The vet gave a steroid shot and cough medicine, but no antibiotics. Symptoms showed up almost immediately after the vaccine, so I would get it as soon as possible to see if your baby will get it. Good luck.
