i don't have the time or patience OR money to afford his behavior anymore. I hate the idea of giving him up because he's avery very lovable guy but I just do not think he is for me
How old is Teddy and how long have you had him? I know I probably have really ticked off some Yorkie Talk members everytime they hear me say that dogs like children have to be trained and if the owner or parent don't train the dog or child, they are to blame when a dog acts like a dog or a child acts like a child. If you don't think you can put in the time to train (and really it only takes 5 minutes a day...consistency not time is the key) but at any rate if you can't put in the time to train him or take him to obedience class then you should rehome him so that both you and he will be happier.
