Now that Tiki has high bile acids, it would be best to switch to regular Heartgard (not the beef chewables). It doesn't protect against other intestinal parasites though. Interceptor may also be acceptable. Most vets probably wouldn't see a problem with what you're giving but they really don't understand how bad red meat is for the liver for some liver compromised dogs... I would avoid it if possible.
