Here's another sweet potato casserole recipe..You can do it with or without the marshmallows.
5 large sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Marshmallows (enough to cover casserole dish)
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease casserole dish.
Boil the peeled/quartered sweet potatoes for 10 minutes or until tender.
In bowl, mix brown sugar, milk, butter, flour, and sweet potatoes.
Transfer to casserole/baking dish. Add marshmallows.
Bake 30 min.
