Just starting yesterday...my DD's laptop started acting weird...other sites would start popping up while she was doing photo's or on facebook, etc. We have pop up blockers, anti-virus, etc....what is causing this?
We also keep our temp files, cookies, etc. deleted.
I am not very computer savvy...
and didn't know where to start looking for the problem.
They seem to be coming from "internet speed"???
