I agree with TLC...Liver shunt *can* show up at 2 yrs of age...A bile acid test would be the next step, in my opinion.
Actually, we have a couple of members on here whose yorkies were not diagnosed until 2yrs or older.
Is your baby a picky eater? only eats once a day? any history of UTI or dark urine? bladder stones/crystals? occassional lethargy? lethargy after vaccinations? drooling? vomiting? etc?
