I agree with everyone, take your baby to the vet and have it checked out. If it turns out to be nothing serious, you may want to monitor her water intake. My little one is on a medication that causes her to drink a lot of water and then urinate a lot. Once we confirmed with the vet nothing was wrong, we put her on a schedule so she gets water at certain times of the day, we monitor the amount, and then we follow each time up with taking her out to go potty. for times when we leave the house we put down potty pads in one specific place. good luck and I hope nothing is seriously wrong.
