Agree with potential UTI. She may be drinking a lot of water, because she's dehydrated from urinating a lot.
Vet will likely have you collect a urine sample for a urinalysis to see its bacterial content, and to measure specific gravity to determine if she is concentrating her urine.
I assume this is a new issue, i.e., she was normal for a while after you got her?
