Unfortunately you only get 5 minutes to edit your posts
It really bugs me when I do it too
If you notice within those 5 mins you'll see an option to edit at the bottom of your post. Click on it and it will give you the chance to edit your text. Within the edit box there is an "advanced" button, click this so you can change your title or add pics/smileys!
