I'm so relieved to hear Izzy is getting better so fast. Don't worry about the people food. Toby ate Royal Canin mixed with chicken, steak, rice, you name it and he lived to 17! To me feeding dogs only dog food is wrong. Our family had 2 Kerry Blue Terriers, one lived only to 13.5 but she had cancer. The other one died of old age at almost 16. I'm glad you are going to the diet serious. We had to do it with Toby but it was mostly people food!
