I understand this, which is why I'm getting him neutered before I adopt him. She says he never marks in her house.. and her carpets are white so I believe her. But we got our carpets cleaned and this didn't help.
I'm getting really frustrated. As soon as I washed the belly band, I took him out, put a way thicker pad on, and then he peed in it. Like it was wet again so I had to wash it again. I don't see why since this was actually pee not marking and he had just got out. He has never pee'd in the house, and did NOT mark this much in the house before the belly band. I feel like he isn't even trying and that the belly band is making him pee more in the house..
