I think that has to be the worst condition I've ever seen a dog in ,in my life. How can they live with themselves? I brush all 6 of my animals everyday. Owning a pet is like having a child. I sickens me the way this stuff goes on in this country,with both with children and animals. I hope the people responcible for those poor babies are in a 2x2 cage now!!
