Cocoangel,
I don't blame you. They already had our other Yorkie preped for her dental. I told them to take the IV out and give her to me.
I just got Ruby's ashes today. I'm still so angry with the vet hospital. They never even said they were sorry we lost her. They never admitted to any wrong doing. I really didn't expect them to, but they could have had some compassion and said they were sorry for our loss.
I waited for 3 weeks for her ashes and then I called. They said they didn't have an address for us. I had given them the address the day it happened. They also said they had called us. I checked everywhere they could have left a message, and they hadn't left any message.
Our new little "ugly" yorkie has not lost her baby teeth so will have to have that done when she is spayed. I will check with the yorkie breeders in the area before I pick another vet, or I will travel back to California and see if my old vet with do it. She has retired, but is still working once in a while. |
