Hi socerprincessx3, I don't remember seeing you on YT before and I just want to say WELCOME.
I have a Morkie girl (the brown one in my avatar) that is 11 days younger than your Oreo, and I'd love to see more pics of him. I have a Yorkie girl too and adore both of them.
Neutering at this age is the best thing for many reasons, and like the other posters I'd say be sure to have pre-op blood work done.
