My boy Gizmo is one of them
I am thinking most people will go to the vet and have them checked out, but not send in for the certificate of OFA. The age thing is really odd on OFA he was born in 2004, but the site states his age as 19. That is strange. ANYWAY my girls I just take to the vet to get checked, but since Gizmo was used for stud service I got the OFA certification.
