Yes we can do both if that's the route chosen....But you have a lot of ppl here and in the country that say they are against puppymills, think they should not be allowed to do what they do, but then go into a pet store, and know it's wrong, but buy the pup because it is so and cute and say they need to be rescued as well. So until 'that' cycle stops, we can't do both
