You might be amazed at how many mothers have problems receiving their newborns when they have a c-section. Usually, mom hurts and these "things" poke her and push on her and suck. I would suggest, that if you absolutely cannot get her to accept the babies, to try milking her and giving the colustrum to all the puppies. You can tube feed but they are large enough to suckle from a bottle. If the formula comes back out their nose, the hole in the nipple is too big and too much milk runs out. Make a smaller hole in a new nipple.
Does she lick on them to potty them? You can try putting a little nutristat or nutrical on the babies to get her to lick that off of them..They can bond that way.
I have been mentoring 2 breeders this week who have had the same problems and so far, we have managed to save puppies and the last mom is recovering nicely.
