I honestly do not know....My Mom has a chocolate yorkie and her vision is ok, her eyes are extremely light, light brown, and I know they tear a lot outside and my Mom does feel that they are very sensitive to light. She tries to keep her eyes blocked from direct sunlight (if possible) b/c she is afraid she will get hurt
