OK Deb I need tips! This is my first year going Black Friday shopping. Where's the best places to hit? How do I know where to go first or who runs out of stuff early? I'm primarily in need of clothes for a 15 year old (I was thinking Kohls...) and a couple of toys for some toddlers.
