Omg Help .. My Baby Keeps Going Pee in his house

He is paper trained, for the most part, however.. when we get done with playtime ( which we do ALOT throughout the day usually 30min-3 hours of being out each time) or I need to do something and cannot keep an eye on him and I put him back in his crate he gets upset barks, growls, whimpers and goes potty RIGHT AWAY he does that after about 2 barks (Only pee). Even though I ALWAYS let him pee and do his business before putting him back in, he gets upset with me and squishes out whatever he can anywhere from 3 drops to a quarter sized area (he's 10 weeks). I ALWAYS ignore his cries as I was always taught that it's best not to respond or he will associate it with attention and do it more.

At first I though this was just a quinky dink lol but now I realize either he is doing it on purpose or gets SO UPSET with me that he urinates .. is that possible? .. Does anyone have any idea or suggestion how I could stop this, I have to wash his sheep skin and blanket from inside his house about 5-6 times a day it is getting a bit time consuming and using a lot of water . He is getting very spoiled, very quickly and almost DEMANDING my attention, he wants it ALL DAY and I am not sure how to help him understand that I have to do things around the house sometimes and he cannot be left unattended, I do it out of LOVE and he repays me with Pee Pee lol.. HELP.. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
