He may be lonely, cause he is in a new enviroment.
That is typical.
I recommend to new owners a stuff animal for the puppy, especially at night time.
It won't hurt to cuddle with him more than normal, until he gets use to his new home.
As for food, when your cuddling with him, hand feed him a few pieces.
I also agree a little water, makes it more apealing to the puppy. |

Well, I don't think he lonely. He is really attached to me already. We cuddle a lot. He runs, plays with his toys, trots around like a little horse. I have been taking him in the car everywhere I go. he lays on the back of my neck or on my leg. The breeder raised him with two litters. His and another and they were all already gone when I picked him up. I just wet his food and he ate about a teaspoon of it. I will call the breeder tomorrow. She gave me a bag of Ekanuba but I had so many questions to ask, I forgot to ask if shw wet it. I know I watched him eat the day we picked him out and he eating well. So I think I will wet it a little for a few weeks then try to gradually go back to the dry.
