LIPA is lipase.
Some vets take lipase as a marker for pancreatitis and it is but in inconclusive. I'm not really sure that they can diagnose her on those numbers alone. I would want a Spec cPL done if it were Ellie. While it is good to err on the side of caution and treat as pancreatitis, there is a chance that it is something different. If that is what it is, it sounds like a mild case.
