really sounds like he didnt like the groomer.... is there anything that has been different with him lately? did he hurt himself and was tender in just one spot? are you able to see when they groom, maybe the groomer didnt treat him so nice last time? i dotn think you should have had to pay the WHOLE cost if she didnt trim him, you should have asked if you could bring him in again (free of cost) so she could finish the job
