I know that right now it seems as though you will never feel normal again. Life as you know it has changed. I went through this in 1993, and, thankfully, I had two teenage daughters and a good job that forced me to get up and move myself. However, looking back, I didn't do a very good job of anything. Today, I am re-married and very happy. I even walked (with my ex) my daughter down the aisle at her wedding this spring. It will take a long time to find a new normal, but find things that you enjoy doing and make new friends and also use this time to get closer to family. These will help you through this. Going to a divorce support group or class also can help. Big hugs.
