Is there a pee pad out there that doesn't move around? Like one with a rubber backing, or sticky tape or something? I was just curious, as Maximus loves playing around with his.

Also, I really want him to learn to go outside to potty, am I ruining him (or making it harder for myself?) by using the pee pads now that it is getting so chilly at night? Right now, as a pup, I don't mind him weeing on the pads, but when he gets bigger, won't he "make" more and won't it stink worse?
