hmm, my vet has never told me I had to put clothes on them to keep them warm. I think that is personal preference. I can't put clothes on my boy cause everytime I do he just pee's on em. So its just a waste of time. I would say if he can walk out of them or take them off they just might be a little to big. When I started putting bows in my babies hair he would scratch them out, but he then got used to them, they don't really bother him anymore.
