| This is what I did when I was training. I took them out hourly and after they ate. If he had an accident I told him Bad Boy, he knew it was wrong and he stopped doing it. Some don't like to tell them bad boy, but it worked for me. So taking him out so often he learned that he had to go outside. Then once there were no accidents I extended the times I would take him out. Now my baby will still not bark or anything like that to tell me. He will jump up on my lap and just stare at me. Or if he sees me walking around he will run towards the door. Sometimes he just does this because he hears something and just wants to go outside. But I do have him on a schedule so he can't do that to me anymore. They are very smart. Keep working with him, it can take yorkies up to two years to be fully trained. |
