I guess I would go to a cardiologist if the new vet agrees with the old vet just to be safe. The old vet may also see something that the new one doesn't while reading the xray, so if it were my Yorkie, even if only one vet said there was a problem, I'd be concerned until she saw a cardiologist.
But I'm guessing your pup is okay.
