Some golden yorkies are clear coated and some are sooty coated (darker golden hairs mixed within the lighter gold)

Some have sooty markings intermingled and some have darker gold saddles. Some, I've been told may also produce chocolate yorkies - but I'm not sure if these golden yorkies are actually caused by the same gold genes that produced the above yorkies or if there is another gene or modifier involved.
