thanks for your replies. My vet tech friend checked it out, she also works where I take my animals. Anyways she says that it is a umbilical hernia, that it is so small that it isnt much of a concern. We do need to keep and eye on it and if it gets bigger or if it starts to bother him, he will need to have it taken care of sooner than when we have him neutered.
