some don't get their tails docked- for various reasons- their birth weight may have been too small to go through the docking- some yorkies from Europe have full tails because i think it might be agaist the law there (correct me if i am wrong someone) or just preference. I'm sure if you contacted a breeder before the litter was born and wanted a full tail they would.
