Ellie had pancreatitis once and I homecook.
It was pretty mild though.

Beef is really not a good protein to feed in this case.
Since pancreatitis can be extremely dangerous and diet is very important, I would talk to a nutritionist if you want to homecook. I'd also monitor his blood often for diabetes.

You can pulverize the vegetables and give them raw but I prefer to give them cooked.
