This is my first message. We have just adopted Sophie. She is 11 months old, quite intelligent, loves us to pieces, & is eager to please, but obviously she has been fed people food too often. She just turns her nose up at dog foods. I've tried several. What is the best way to break her of this? I've been told when she gets hungry, she'll eat. But that breaks my heart. How often should she eat, and how much. She is 4 lbs. She loves treats, daddy gives her a bil-jack treat for success at the potty thing. I just want to do the right thing with her. Thanks.
